Post info application provides many services of the Department of Posts to their customers. Users can use many services in a single application which are explained below in detail.
There are 8 options available in Postinfo app.

01. Service request
User can register their complaint during the COVID-19 pandemic. Department gives first priority to settle these types of requests. If your parcel is yet not delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic, you can register a request to deliver your parcel.
02. Article Tracking
This is one of the most services of the department of posts. Parcel or article booked from any of the post offices can be tracked from here. You can also track your article on the official website of the India Post. This service also provided into Postinfo app by the department of posts.
03. Post Office Search
Users can get the information of any of the post offices in India like the address of the post office, Pincode of the post office, contact number of the post office, services available at the post office, etc.
04. Postage Calculator
Users can calculate the total postage of an article though this option of Postinfo app. If you want to post a parcel through the post office then you can calculate the amount for booking that parcel at the counter of the post office.'
05. Insurance Portal
This is a PLI RPLI online portal. You can log in to the online PLI portal through customer id and password. A premium calculator is provided in this option. You can calculate monthly premium of a PLI RPLI policy.
06. Interest Calculator
Users can calculate the interest for the POSB account or other account which is opened in a post office.
07. Feedback
If any person suggests their opinion regarding the services of the Department of Posts, India. He can write his feedback through this option.
08. Complaint Tracking
Users can register a complaint about non-delivery of their articles like Speed Post, Parcel, Registered Letter, etc.
