When window don't show any option in CSI SAP IPVS Screen

When the window doesn't show any option in CSI SAP IPVS Screen at the time of working in SAP IPVS then follow the below procedure step by step to resolve this issue.

Procedure to enable all options in SAP IPVS screen

1. Right click on empty screen.four option will show then click on More.." button which is present in "User Settings" option.. 

 

2. New popup window will appear with heading "User Setting for Group Of UI Elements."

3. Click on "Reset User Settings for Running Application".

All options of CSI SAP IPVS Screen or Bag receive screen or in any other option screen will be now displayed.
